We collect personal information from individuals who use the www.missinginstruments.co.uk website.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information provided in the following ways:
- To create an account on www.missinginstruments.co.uk and to create listings
- To provide you with notifications from other users regarding your listings
- To administer Allianz Musical Instrument insurance policyholder claims.
Anyone whose personal information we hold has the right to object to us using it.

3. The personal information we collect
We collect the following types of personal information so we can complete the activities in Section 2: How We Use Personal Information:
- basic personal details such as name, age, contact details and gender
- family, lifestyle and social circumstances, such as marital status
- location information if it is relevant to your instrument listings
- policy and claim numbers for Allianz Musical Instrument insurance customers.
We do not collect sensitive or special category information when using the site, nor do we collect personal information relating to those under the age of 18.
4. Where we collect personal information
We collect personal information direct from individuals when registering on the site and creating listings of lost instruments.

We use technology on our website, apps and emails, such as the use of cookies or small text files on our website or pixels within emails. We use cookies and similar technologies in order to:

- to enhance your online experience
- to help prevent fraud
- enhance online security of your data
- help us understand how our website, apps and emails can be improved.
We don’t store any contact details or banking information.
